On August 6th the house directly next door to ours caught on fire (electrical). Thankfully everyone got out safely, but the house was a loss...it was to sad since these neighbors just moved in 4 months prior to the house fire. It was intriguing, scary, and stressful all at once, with the wind blowing our direction, we were very fortunate that our house was totally unharmed (though our tree in the backyard was slightly well done on their side :). Patrick's daycare was on the other side of this house, it was a very good thing all the children were awake and no harm came to her house either.
After all was cleaned up, the neighbors decided to rebuild, and hope to be back into their house by Winter.
