October 2010

October has been a relaxing month for us.  We have had some time at home, and it's been great weather.  We started the month off with my 10 year class reunion.  It was a good time, hard to believe we've been out of school 10 years already :)!

We also had time to take Patrick to the Cambridge Pumpkin Patch.  It has a petting zoo, hayride, giant slide, hayride, and of course a pumpkin patch.  Patrick wasn't in love with the hayride, I guess it was too long and made too many stops, but he did love the giant slide (of course he rode it with Matt) and the animals.  He told us all about them for the whole weekend!

We also carved pumpkins.  Patrick thought that was fun, he was such a "big help"!

I feel like we are finally ready for this new addition to our family.  She finally has a crib (it is in our room for now, until she sleeps through the night since we only have 2 bedrooms on the main level...) and she has all her clothes organized and washed, bottles cleaned...now we are just waiting on her.  Everything is still on schedule for her due date of December 14th.

Matt climbed into Patrick's crib...this made Patrick laugh, he thought it was so fun!  I was nervous it would break the whole time, but thank goodness!

An afternoon at the park...Patrick got dirty, and loved every minute of it!

Patrick's pumpkin...note it's missing the stem (Patrick was so excited to bring it home to show Matt, that he dropped it down the basement steps.
This video was too cute, I couldn't resist putting it on here.  That's my boy!
