July has proved to be a pretty busy month. We have stayed very busy with Matt & I playing softball several nights a week...Patrick really enjoys going to the games, not so much to watch the game, obviously.. but to "people watch". There is always a lot of action!
The weekends seem to fly by... we have had a lot of visitors so far too, and we love it. Ryan (Matt's friend from college came all the way from Chicago to visit)...he wasn't to sure what to think of Patrick, he hasn't been around too many kids, but he did great...and Patrick seemed to like him. Our friends from Minnesota (currently from California) John & Brooke (and their puppy Koko) came this weekend to meet the little guy. He was a little "sleepy potato head" for a most of the evening, but then he was little ham for them! It was a great time. Also, Aunt Stephie, Uncle Kris, Madeline & Matthew came to spend the weekend and we had a great time as always! Patrick experienced his first "midnight madness" at the Iowa Games watching his Uncle Kris run a 10K.. Kris did great, and Patrick also loved cheering him on...or at least watching other people cheering!!
It'd hard to believe next week is Patrick's 6 month birthday... where does time go?? O-well we are loving every minute of it! Enjoy!
