Finally, a tooth! :) Our little guy woke up Friday morning and the bottom / right tooth FINALLY broke through the gums! We had been working on that for months! It looks like the bottom / left one will be right behind it. I've tried to take a picture of it, but since it's not totally "up" it's too hard to see yet, and trying to get a 7 month old to hold still with is mouth open is impossible! (it pretty much turns into picture #2 below) :)!!
Now that Patrick is officially mobile, crawling everywhere so fast we really have to continue to baby-proof. He loves to pull himself up to his knees to explore things (especially the windows, we have a large picture window and it starts approximately 1 foot from the ground, so it's right at his level)!
He officially weighs in at 20 lbs. I haven't measured his length lately, but my baby is growing!
Also on Friday Matt heard him say his "first words" of course it had to be "da-da"...Matt had the whole day off to spend with him, I'm sure he coaxed him into saying it all day :)! Now he says it all the time, but he has no clue what it means...he just says it to hear his voice! He loves to hear his own voice these days, and he lets us know what he wants...he can scream so loud when he wants something (not crying, but just frustrated).
Enjoy the photo update...
