Last week Patrick took his "Big Sibling" class at the hospital. I wasn't sure he would get anything out of it, since he basically thinks any belly-button is a baby. But I'm so glad we went ahead and took him. He was the only child in the class (the other 2 children didn't show up) and he got a lot of one-on-one attention. He learned about baby products, and what to expect from baby and got a tour of where the baby and I will be staying.
He was so proud of his "Coolest Big Brother" shirt and his sticker that says his name. We had to put it on a piece of paper so he could keep it...now he often carries it around and reminds us that it says, "Packy".
Not too much longer and we'll get to see if he learned anything from this class...we are almost to 4 weeks left. Time flies when you're having fun. :)
