Halloween was a success! I do have a lot of enthusiasm when I say that because until the afternoon of Halloween Patrick didn't want anything to do with his costume. I had picked out a lion because he loves animals that "roar"!! But with a little bribery (a sucker and a trip to visit Uncle David) he put the costume on and loved every minute of it.
He would walk up to the door (mostly of our neighbors) and take his treat...and give a whisper of a roar. It was so sweet!
Later his "girlfriend" Ava joined us and they had fun treating together. A lot has changed since last year, Patrick and Ava were 10 months old, didn't care about trick or treating...and now she's a big sister and Patrick is soon to be a big brother.
