So I realize that is has been a very long time since I've posted a blog. But we have had nothing new and excited to report... The holidays were great, we saw all of our families and a lot of our friends...we really are blessed.

So as for our little guy and the pregnancy it has thrown us for a loop recently as I am now on bed-rest. It will only be for another week and a half at the most, but still not very much fun as I am wanting to nest, and Matt just can't understand some of the dumb stuff I want done before the baby arrives.

The baby is very healthy, it's just that a week ago I became very, very dehydrated and ended up in the hospital for IV fluids but was released later that night and that's when they discovered that I may be showing some signs of early preeclampsia. Very mild form but to protect the baby I am resting and keeping my feet up until I am officially 38 weeks (next week) and if he hasn't already arrived I will be induced. We were ready to induce this week as that is the normal routine in this situation but since I have very normal to low blood pressure we decided it's not hurting anyone to wait another week and see if he comes on his own.

Matt and I are getting very anxious to meet him and share the good news with you all!! We'll keep you updated as things progress.
